About Us

Msindo T. I & T Investment Limited is a Tanzanian agribusiness company incorporated in February 2026 under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania and registered by BRELA under Incorporation No. 193481566. Based in Msindo Village, Namtumbo District, Ruvuma Region, Tanzania, East Africa, the Company operates an integrated agribusiness model focused on sustainable production and value addition. In 2012 this enterprise started as a Sole Proprietorship business under the Management of Ngonyani family. Since then, its core activities include; dairy farming, livestock fattening, aquaculture, crop cultivation, poultry, piggery, animal feed production, and agro-processing. Through its diversified operations, the Company is committed to advancing food security, livestock productivity, rural employment, and agricultural transformation while delivering quality agricultural products and sustainable value across Tanzania’s agribusiness sector.

Current Investment in the project area

Msindo T. I & T Investment Limited has made significant investment in modern agricultural infrastructure and productive assets to support its integrated agribusiness operations. The Company’s asset base includes 4WD 75HP tractor systems, disc ploughs, grass harvesting and grinding machines, cattle sheds, and a cattle dipping system (Josho). Its livestock portfolio comprises over 30 dairy cattle, fattening cattle for beef production, goats, chickens, and pigs. Additional infrastructure includes staff quarters, piggery and poultry sheds, and dedicated godowns for animal feed storage. The Company also maintains a well-established feed farm producing improved forage varieties, including Brachiaria, Signal grass, Rhodes grass, Pakchong, and Super Napier.

Ongoing projects

The Company is currently finalizing its sausage processing plant, which is designed to process 500 kilograms per day upon completion. This investment supports the Company’s value addition strategy by enhancing product quality, expanding market opportunities, and improving profitability. In addition, implementation is underway for the establishment of a milk processing plant and a biogas production plant to strengthen agro-processing capacity and improve operational efficiency. These strategic developments are intended to enhance value chain integration, promote sustainable resource utilization, and support long-term business growth. Collectively, these investments position the Company to increase productivity, reduce waste, and deliver higher-value agricultural products to the market.

Ruvuma Initiative Step Foundation (RIFO)

Ruvuma Initiative Step Foundation (RIFO) is a non-governmental organization based in the Ruvuma Region of Tanzania, East Africa, established with the objective of improving the social, economic, and moral well-being of rural populations. The organization primarily supports orphans, children from low-income households, individuals with physical and mental disabilities, and other vulnerable members of the community by providing subsidized socio-economic services aimed at enhancing living standards and promoting inclusive community development. Currently, RIFO operates a nursery school, a primary school, and a dispensary in Namtumbo District, Ruvuma Region.
